TS Magnet Band
The TS Magnet band is an excellent technical aid for tennis and padel.
It consists of an elastic band divided into two parts, which can be joined by joining the magnets on both sides.
It is placed on both arms with adjustable wrist straps.
It has many technical applications, here we show you some of them:
- With the band together it makes you carry your arms together, an important aspect in some strokes or in the preparation in others.
- The separation of the band allows us to work the action of the non-dominant hand in backhand hits, backhand cuts and backhand volleys.
- In forehand hits and forehand volleys it marks the beginning of the gesture when separating magnets.
- Very useful (joining magnets) to guide the player in the recovery after the hits.
