AGILITY MAT
To work with speed and agility for hours. Easy to place, lift, move and store You can easily practice agility and speed exercises on any surface, inside or outside, with the circle configuration of this mat. This tapestry avoids teachers or technicians having to draw, in detail, a model of standard circles on the floor, measuring, painting or taping.
The mat has 5 white circles, of 17 cm ø, so that they can be easily seen by the sportsman. The athlete does not move while performing the countless combinations of exercises with one or two feet; for example: start with two feet together performing sequences of movements to two side circles, the same but forward and backward, move to three circles including the central one, to five side or front circles passing or not through the central one, etc. These and other combinations can be done simultaneously with both feet, with one foot, with two feet but each foot steps on a different circle... for time or for repetitions. These exercises will improve speed, agility, balance or simply can be used to warm up. To enhance agility, coordination and footwork in training for different sports.
